Your Account, Your Way

Manage your Profitabul account, connect brokers, configure billing, and customize the platform to fit your workflow. Everything is accessible from the Settings page.

The main dashboard is your home screen, providing a quick overview of your trading performance:

Calendar P&L: A calendar view showing daily profit and loss, color-coded green for winning days and red for losing days
Equity curve: A line chart of your cumulative P&L over time, showing your overall trajectory
Performance stats: Key metrics including win rate, profit factor, average win/loss, and expectancy
Account overview: Current balance, open positions, and account health indicators
Weekly preview: Upcoming economic events and market context for the week ahead

Profitabul supports multiple trading accounts so you can separate different strategies, prop firm evaluations, or personal vs. funded trading:

Create accounts: Add new trading accounts with custom names and starting balances
Assign trades: Each trade is linked to a specific account for accurate P&L tracking
Account analytics: View performance metrics, equity curves, and journal entries per account
Switch accounts: Quickly toggle between accounts from the account selector

Manage your Profitabul subscription from the billing section:

Plan tiers: View available plans and the features included in each tier
Current plan: See your active subscription, renewal date, and billing cycle
Upgrade / Downgrade: Switch plans at any time—changes take effect at the next billing cycle
Payment method: Update your card or payment details via the secure Stripe portal
Cancellation: Cancel your subscription from this page. You retain access until the end of your current billing period

Connect external services and manage API access:

Broker connections: Connect ProjectX, Rithmic, or Tradovate accounts for live trading and trade sync
API keys: Generate API keys to access your Profitabul data from external tools and scripts
Connect / Disconnect: Manage active connections. Disconnecting a broker stops live data but preserves historical trades

Each integration shows its connection status and last sync time so you can verify everything is working.

Keep your account secure with these tools:

Password management: Change your password at any time. Use a strong, unique password
Session management: View active sessions across devices and revoke any you don't recognize
Login history: Review recent login attempts, including timestamps and IP addresses, to detect unauthorized access

Pro Tip

Generate an API key in Settings > Integrations if you want to use external tools with your Profitabul data. Keep your API keys secure and rotate them periodically.
