Weekly multi-symbol scoring combining six signals into a single Bul Score
The Heatseeker Scorecard is your weekly command center. It analyzes multiple symbols simultaneously, combining six different signals into a single 0-100 Bul Score. Each symbol is flagged as "Actively Trade," "Watch," or "Avoid."

| VEX Stair-Step | Deflection level direction and conviction | 15% |
| Index Trinity (0-3) | SPX + SPY + QQQ directional agreement | 20% |
| Volatility Regime | ATM IV percentile or ATR-based classification | 10% |
| Orderflow Bias | 5-day cumulative delta approximation | 15% |
Actively Trade (65+): Symbol has strong alignment across most signals. Full-size positions with normal risk management.
Watch (40-64): Mixed signals. Reduce size or wait for sub-score improvement before committing.
Avoid (<40): Weak node structure, unstable regime, or adverse vol. Stay out until conditions change.
